Default export format
MP3 320 kbps is the best MP3 quality. FLAC and WAV are lossless.
Normalize loudness
Match streaming (−14 LUFS) or podcast (−16 LUFS) loudness on export, with a −1 dBTP true-peak ceiling. The master is never changed.
Signal sensitivity · −50 dBFS
Sound quieter than this counts as silence. Lower it if quiet intros aren't detected.
Smart pre-roll · 10s
Audio kept from before sound is detected, so the very start of a song isn't lost (max 30s).
Smart auto-stop
Stop automatically after sustained silence at the end of a song.
End-of-song delay · 6s
How long silence must last before Smart mode stops. Longer is safer for songs with quiet breaks.
Share anonymous usage
Counts like “an MP3 was exported” help improve SOUWND. Never audio, titles or transcript text, and no cookies.
